AOG service (on side assistance)
- Quick reaction on customer problems or questions;
- Direct action on assistance of maintenance activities.
Line and heavy maintenance assistance
- Well thought line maintenance with A and B checks;
- Heavy maintenance C and D checks including removal, installation, inspection, modification and repairs of heavily structural parts and adjustments of all aircraft systems;
- Problem solving due to Trouble shooting and experience;
- Performing balancing of flight controls after painting or repair.
OJT Practical Training assistance
- Clear explanations about aircraft systems and quick solutions for trouble shooting;
- Fully practical support of an customer as requested.
Technical advisory
- Based on years of experience in aerospace business, an imperial and objective support for a constant improvement of the technical organisation.
Experience personnel of ATS
Performed on a regular basis, tasks of all systems on airframes and power plants at Base and Line maintenance including A,B,C and D checks.
Summary of tasks: removal/installation, inspection, repairs, modification, servicing, trouble shooting, crash repair,balancing, damage assessment, release to service, training, assistance, survey.
Engine full installation and test run experience on Rolls Royce Spey & Tay and CFM 56 engines.
Bladder tank removal installation and testing.
(N.D.O.) boroscope inspections according manuals.
